Communications Consent

By providing your name, email address, telephone number, or other contact information to Collin County Republican Assembly (CCRA), you consent to receive communications from CCRA, including emails, calls, and text messages, which may include informational, advocacy, organizational, and event-related messages. Communications may be sent using automated or prerecorded technology where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or using the unsubscribe link provided in email communications. Reply “HELP” for assistance.

PAC Communications

In certain circumstances, individuals who provide contact information to CCRA may also receive communications from Collin County Citizens for Integrity PAC, a legally separate political committee, regarding political or election-related matters. Any such communications will be sent by the PAC in accordance with applicable state and federal law and will include appropriate opt-out instructions.

Text Messaging & Data Use

Text messaging opt-in data, consent, and related personal information collected for messaging purposes will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes and will only be disclosed as required by law or to service providers acting on behalf of CCRA or the PAC to facilitate communications. Each organization maintains its own compliance responsibilities for messaging and communications.
